It is a fact (and the research has supported this claim) that one can observe another person’s patterns in behavior over a period of time, and use that information to predict how the person will act in future situations. Some may call it stereotyping, but it is a part of their cultural and emotional intelligence.

In determining those predictions, one can also potentially alter the outcome of situations by knowing in advance how the person will react, and change their own personal response for a potentially better outcome! How’s that for leadership development?
