Have you ever owned a dog rescued from a puppymill? They are the sweetest dogs that need and deserve so much love and attention. I owned a Yorkshire Terrier and she had just one tooth and turned in circles from being caged for many years. Indiana Petite Paws saved her, we adopted her and named her Kate and she was the most darling baby that lived to be 17 years old. She died from natural causes in 2014 but the last 10 years of her life we made amazing for her.
This weekend there will be an event in Chicago to benefit the organization, The Puppymill Project. The event is held each Mothers Day weekend. This year, Theresa Strader, founder of National Mill Dog Rescue will be honored. Will you support a great cause?
